In archival data from the Dark Energy Camera Legacy Survey, researchers have discovered a possible dwarf planet with an orbit that brings it as close as 45 au to the Sun and also extends out into the Oort cloud.

JWST observations of a highly inclined disk around a young brown dwarf reveal the disk to be similar to those around hotter, more massive stars; the observations also suggest ongoing inflows and outflows.
